COVID-19 Delivery Service Delays:
Please note there may be service and shipping delays due to the challenging situation with COVID-19. We are doing everything we can to keep our employees, customers, and communities safe.
We cannot guarantee orders will be received in the exact time periods listed below. While most major cities are currently unaffected, some rural areas, PO Boxes and certain states are experiencing significant shipment delays.

Shipping to US
On average, a package traveling in the United States can take 3-8 days to arrive from the date of shipment. Other countries may see similar or slightly longer average shipping time. Around half that time is spent reaching the destination, while the other half is spent being routed to the proper facilities before making it to the customer in the destination country.
Depending on the destination of the package, customs, holidays, and other delays, shipping times can vary.
Our shipping comes with tracking services which give customers end-to-end tracking at no additional cost, letting you easily monitor and locate their package on official websites, such as EMS, USPS, UPS, or Fedex.

Changes to Order
Once an order is placed we cannot add, remove or change any items in the order.

Cancellations
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled after it is shipped and en-route. Please refer to our Refunds and Returns page for more information regarding the matter.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Calm the Chaos Crystals assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages and cannot ship out out any replacement packages or refund these orders. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if you have not received your package or cannot locate it.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Calm the Chaos Crystals assumes no responsibility and cannot ship out replacement packages or refund these orders.
If you realize that you submitted the incorrect address at the time of order, please email support@calmthechaoscrystals.com or contact us via our Contact Us page and notify us immediately. We can correct the address only if the order has not been shipped out yet.

Refunds & Returns

Returns
To return your product, please email us at support@calmthechaoscrystals.com or visit our Contact Us page to send us a message. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and brought to our attention within 15 days of receiving your original purchase. If applicable, we require that you send the defective item(s) back to us. Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement status. Please email us at support@calmthechaoscrystals.com if you have any issues with your product during this 15 day period. Any claims beyond the 15 days will be considered wear and tear, and cannot be replaced.
